Returns & Exchanges
For the holiday season, we are extending our return policy to 30 day after Christmas day! So let the gift buying commence! We also offer gift cards which make the perfect gift!
We want you to absolutely love your dress, and we understand sometimes it takes a couple tries to get the right size and style. That’s why we are happy to offer returns and exchanges within the follow criteria:
Returns and exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 30 days of the order being shipped. If it has been longer than 30 days, your return cannot be accepted.
Items are eligible for return or exchange only if they are in original condition, which means:
- free of any deodorant or makeup marks
- tags are still attached and in the original packaging
- not been washed, snagged, stained, or damaged in any way
- fragrance free, neatly folded, no marks of any kind, no pet hair
- please note that items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange
- we do not accept returns on gift cards
We can't accept anything that doesn't meet the criteria listed above.
We adore our customers and we want you to have a great experience with us! We work hard to give out generous returns and exchanges. However, this process is very costly to us, so please read our criteria and follow the guidelines so that both you and us can have a positive experience.
Redo Returns:
- Customers now have the option to pay $2.98 at the time of purchase to later qualify for free unlimited returns on that order.
- If you did not purchase Redo you can still use our return portal below and purchase an $8.95 return label. No return fee is deducted from your refund total!
Return Steps:
- Start your return at the link below using your order ID and zip code.
- Select which items you would like to return and your preferred refund method: refund, store credit, or exchange for a new item.
- If you checked out with Redo, your return/exchange is covered! Otherwise, you can purchase your label for a one-time fee of $8.95.
- Print your label and attach it to the top of the package, then drop it off at any USPS location or schedule a USPS pickup.

Once we receive your return/exchange and the dress is determined to be in eligible condition, we will (1) provide the refund to the original form of payment, (2) provide a code for store credit, or (3) send out the new dress to the original order address.
It may take up to 48 hours after it is received for us to process a return/exchange.
