This dress fits beautifully! Love the pockets!
I was so looking forward to receiving this dress! The outerwear is made from a high quality linen that is soft and lays beautifully. The lining is 100% cotton and matches the length of the dress, something you don't find with cheaply made dresses. I wish I had sized up to the XXL instead of ordering the XL. For the XL, the flat lay bust measurement is 43 inches. My bust is 44 inches, and to give that area some room to breathe, I should have chosen the 46 inch bust XXL. That being said, once I loosened the corset basking to allow for stretch and sewed some snaps alongside the front buttons for reinforcement, I was able to make the dress fit well. I have a 36F (36DDD), so I greatly appreciate the ability to tighten the corset backing to create a snug but comfortable fit. It's hard finding dresses that fit my bust but don't make me feel frumpy!
Despite arriving later than I hoped, this dress is incredible. The quality of the fabric is wonderful. The fit is perfect! I will definitely be ordering the others I have had my eye on. Thank you Poet dresses for beautiful, high quality, modest options for us ladies!
